This work is about the gap between what we see and what lies beneath. At first glance, everything looks tender, harmonious, even romantic. But look closer, change your angle, and another truth emerges — harsher, hidden, but no less present.
For me, this piece reflects how fragile trust can be. Relationships, appearances, even systems often present themselves in soft colors and reassuring words, while beneath the surface another reality awaits. The tension between the visible and the concealed is what creates the unease: can we trust what we see, or are we only seeing what we’re meant to?
It is both intimate and universal — a reminder that love and betrayal, truth and deception, often live side by side, revealed only when we are willing to look more carefully.
One of a kind original artwork.
